Summerfield Estates is located in Holtsville Long Island 11742. It’s a 24 hour guard-gated community that features Single Family Homes. This unique residential complex includes several distinctive home styles including Colonial, Victorian, Post Modern and Ranch Style Floor Plans.

Summerfield is easily reached by taking the Long Island Expressway to the North Ocean Avenue Exit and following it to the Summerfield Estates Gatehouse. Opened in 1997 on over 200 acres, these residences have gas heat, central air conditioning, a one or two car garage, basements and backyard patios. The homes were constructed with approximately 1,800 to over 3,000 sq ft and are positioned on approximately 1/4 acres of property and up.
