The Condos are the most affordable units at The Greens at Half Hollow. They are upper or ground level units. You can reach this active 55+ community by Route 347 and Moriches Road. Built as attached units with a variety of exterior designs, Fairfield At St James are mostly Ranch style floor plans, with backyard or front patios. There are also upper and ground level units, and some 2 story townhouse designs. The townhouses have 3 bedrooms, with the Master Bedroom on the main level and 2.5 baths. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have either 1, 1.5 or 2 full baths.
Some of the Condos in Fairfield At St. James have enclosed sun-rooms and some have a 1 car garage. Each lower unit has a patio and the upper units have a balcony. In the early evenings and early mornings, Fairfield At St. James has a guard at the entry gate for your security.
