The units have at least 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and are served by the Port Jefferson School District #6.

The Terraces have garages, a basement, backyard patios, central air conditioning and gas heat. There are no amenities at the complex, but living at The Terraces gives you access to all the Port Jefferson Village amenities including pool, tennis, golf, beaches and town parking. There is a monthly common charge fee that is used for the common areas, lawn care and snow removal at the Terraces.

Spring Meadows At Hauppauge Long Island is a well-maintained Co-operative community in Suffolk County New York.

To reach this community, take The Long Island Expressway to Exit 57 N.  Turn Left and go over Route 454. A Left to Blydenberg and another Left on Village Drive. Located off Townline Road and Motor Parkway.  The neighborhood is served by The Hauppauge School District #6.

Opened in the early 1970’s, Spring Meadows features ground level and upper level garden style apartments, plus some 2 story townhouse floor plans, when available. There’s an in-ground pool, tennis and play area. Indoor cats are permitted. Dogs are only permitted in some sections of this community. There is a washer and dryer in the co-ops, and gas heat. The upper units have a terrace and the ground level and 2 Story Co-ops have a patio.

Spring Meadows monthly maintenance fee includes heat, taxes, water, landscaping and snow removal. There is a Board Review and application fee before moving into this Co-op neighborhood.
