When available, it offers both attached villas where someone lives on either the ground level or upper level, and detached Free-Standing Single Family Homes, both Colonial and Ranch Style Floor Plans. The units have central air conditioning, gas heat and either a one or two car garage.
There is a monthly common charge and maintenance fee when you live at The Hamlet Wind Watch in Hauppauge Long Island. A Clubhouse is just outside the community with pool, gym, tennis, restaurant, pro-golf shop and golfing (golf membership is an extra charge, but not mandatory). The community is located within The Hauppauge School District #6.
