These are all 2 story Townhouse floor plans. Each unit at this Willow Wood has central air conditioning, gas heat, attached 1 car garage and backyard patios. They are 2 bedroom 2 bath units, 2 bedroom 2.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms 2.5 Condos. 
There are no amenities at this well-maintained community of Willow Wood at Smithtown, but pets are welcome, and there is easy access to parkway, shopping and parks. 
Opened in 1995 through 1998, the 2nd Willow Wood is located between Townline Road and Terry Road in Smithtown. There are 2 roads that this Willow Wood is surrounded by which are Merrimack Road and Monitor Road.

This Smithtown Willow Wood Condo offers a pool, clubhouse, and exercise room.
