The Condos are the most affordable units at The Greens at Half Hollow. Situated within the Three Village School District #1, Three Village Green has basements, 1 and 2 car garages, backyard patios, central air conditioning and gas heat. You can reach Three Village Green by Route 347 to Nichols Road and a left on Pond Path. At the traffic light make a right on Sunflower Ridge Road.

Located on The South Shore of Long Island is an active 55 and over retirement community in Moriches New York.

The Waterways in Suffolk County Long Island is for 55 and over active adults and is situated by Montauk Highway.  You enter at Bay Pointe Drive to the 24 hour guard gate booth.  Built in 1985 and then again in 1999, there are several different designs that are available in the resales here.  Some may be either attached upper or lower units, some are in quads, and when available some ranch.  There are no 2 story townhouses here, but there are 1 and 2 car garages.

All units have central air conditioning and gas heat and there are beautiful ponds throughout the community.  At the Waterways there are many amenities including the clubhouse, the outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, gym, card rooms, and the marina. When available, there are boat slips at an extra fee.

The Summit At High Point

The Summit at High Point is a gated community located in Roslyn Heights Long Island.

This is really 3 communities using the same 24 hour security gatehouse. There’s High Point, The Summit I and Summit II. All three use the same entry near Powerhouse Road. High Point is the units at the first level as you drive into the community, and The Summit 1 and 2 are up the hill. Summit II is also called The Mansion.

Located by Exit 37 N Willis Avenue by The Long Island Expressway, The Summit at High Point condominium is close to all major roadways and upscale shopping.

High Pointe and The Summit were built in the 1980’s and 90’s.  Students living here can attend the Roslyn School District #3. Pets are welcomed in the community. When checking public records for the year 2008, there were sales at High Point between $920,000 to $935,000.
