The Regency is a townhouse community located on Stone Gate Ct in Smithtown Long Island .

Opened in 1991, The Regency is one long winding block of attached townhouses in groupings. It is situated in Suffolk County New York and Long Island’s North Shore.  You can reach The Regency in Smithtown by Route 25A and St. Johnland Road. This North Shore community was built with townhouses having 2 floor plan designs. Opened in the 1990′s, The Highlands can be reached by Route 25A to North Country Road. Head South on Oakland Avenue, make a left on Highlands Blvd and up to the community entrance.
