Opened in 2007, Wading River Woods is a small community of 27 detached condos all situated on Joshua Ct.
There were 4 different models that were available to purchase ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to approximately 3,000 sq ft.
 
Each unit at Wading River Woods offered full basements, 2 car garages, central air conditioning, gas heat and backyard patios. There are no amenities at this community, but easy access to major roadways.
