  • What is your budget?
  • Number of bedrooms and baths
  • Style of home

  • What Town(s)
  • Is there any style home that you definitely don’t want?

It would also be helpful to discuss your lifestyle.  Do you like being near the beach, vibrant towns, or have easy access to The Long Island Railroad.

If you’re not familiar with the Towns and Hamlets on Long Island, searching for a Nassau or Suffolk County NY home on the internet can be overwhelming, especially if the home does not fit your lifestyle.
