Located East off Terry Road and Route 347 North in Smithtown New York, there is a private gated community called Windcrest.

 

 

This is a gated community with a touch-pad code system entry. Opened in 2002, Windcrest At Smithtown features Townhouses in a beautiful setting, and is close to the local shopping, restaurants, shopping plazas, the Long Island Railroad and Major Roadways. Homeowners at Windcrest can enjoy the use of the Clubhouse, Gym, Outdoor In-Ground Pool, Tennis Courts, and the pretty Gazebo which overlooks a spraying fountain pond. The common areas are beautifully maintained, and there is ample guest parking throughout the community.
