Willow Ridge At Smithtown Long Island is a homeowner’s association community located by Jericho Turnpike Route 25A and St. Johnland. There is a clubhouse, pool and tennis. Opened in 1988 with 4 floor plans. A monthly common charge maintains the common areas of the community. These are attached units in groupings along Willow Ridge Drive.

The Regency is located by St Johnland and 25A next to the Willow Ridge community. There are no amenities here, just a well-maintained community near Main Street, the Long Island Railroad, plenty of shopping, restaurants and more.
