Nesconset Long Island is a residential suburban area with a community feel and the area attracts young families as well as empty-nesters and large family households. Stony Brook Long Island | Homes For Sale In The M Section | Three Village School District #1

Nestled in Stony Brook Long Island, there is a pretty suburban single family home area known as The M Section.
 
The M Section in Stony Brook consists of addresses, of course,  starting with the letter M. These street names are known as Manchester Lane, Maymont, Madeley, Media, Maureen, Manor, Millstream Lane, Mosshill and Marwood Place, Memory Way, Midfield, Mariner Street, Magnet Street, and Mare Ct.  Not every M though is situated in this area. For instance, Mills Road is not part of this neighborhood.
 
The architectural style of these Stony Brook M Section homes in Suffolk County New York, within the town of Brookhaven are mostly Ranch, Colonial, Hi Ranch and Cape Floor Plans. Most of these homes do not have basements, but they usually have garages, except if an owner made some changes. The M Section was built during 1965 through the 1970′ s and again in the 1980’s. 
 
You can reach the M Section in Stony Brook by Route 347 North to Hallock Road and left on Millbrook.  All of the homes in this area are within the top rated Three Village School District #1.  There are also a few other streets within this area like Singingwood Dr, Brookview Ct, Lynbrook Rd and Westwood Avenue, but it is mostly known as The M Section.
