Located in the prestigious towns of Manhasset and North Hills Long Island, there are Luxury Condos, Townhouses and Single Family Home Subdivisions.

There are a variety of Condos,Townhouses and Homes within these Planned Neighborhoods.  Some are guard gated with clubhouse and amenities. There are some that are gated Condos and do not have a clubhouse, but they may have a pool and tennis courts. And, in these Nassau County North Shore communities there are some that are not gated but have clubhouses and other amenities. So there are many different scenarios.

The first Willow Wood is in Hauppauge Long Island and was opened in 1995. You can navigate to Route 347 and Mt. Pleasant Road to the entry at Plantation Drive.

These are all 2 story Townhouse floor plans. Each unit at this Willow Wood has central air conditioning, gas heat, attached 1 car garage and backyard patios. They are 2 bedroom 2 bath units, 2 bedroom 2.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms 2.5 Condos. 
There are no amenities at this well-maintained community of Willow Wood at Smithtown, but pets are welcome, and there is easy access to parkway, shopping and parks. 
Opened in 1995 through 1998, the 2nd Willow Wood is located between Townline Road and Terry Road in Smithtown. There are 2 roads that this Willow Wood is surrounded by which are Merrimack Road and Monitor Road.

This Smithtown Willow Wood Condo offers a pool, clubhouse, and exercise room.
