Country Pointe in Miller Place is a townhouse community in Suffolk County New York.

You can reach Country Pointe by the Long Island Expressway Exit 63N to Route 25A.  Built in 2002, Country Pointe is surrounded by Meadow Pond Circle.  These are attached townhouses that were constructed with 2 floor plans.  There’s the Adams with the master on the main level, and there is the Buckingham design.  Each townhouse has a patio, garage, basement, central air conditioning and gas heat, and is situated within the Miller Place School District #8.

For the enjoyment of the community, there is a clubhouse, pool, tennis, basketball and ponds. There are card games, book club, social get-together and a monthly newsletter.  Country Pointe is a pet friendly community and has an entry gate that is controlled by a remote or an entrance code.  There are approximately 110 units at this complex.

Opened in the 1990′s, The Highlands can be reached by Route 25A to North Country Road. Head South on Oakland Avenue, make a left on Highlands Blvd and up to the community entrance.
This Suffolk County North Shore Condo neighborhood consists of attached Condos in groupings, surrounded by Windward Drive, Windward Ct and Leeward Lane.
The community offers an outdoor pool, tennis and gym. The Highlands is convenient to John T. Mather Memorial Hospital, and is only one block from the Long Island Railroad Port Jefferson Station.
