You can reach this neighborhood from Sunrise Hwy. (Rt 27) To Exit 52A (No. Ocean Ave.). Go South On Ocean Over Main Street And Continue Almost To The Bay. Bay Village Will Be On Your Right. 
 
There are 2 types of Floor Plans here. There’s the Victorian Townhouse  with 2 bedrooms on the upper level and they have 2.5 baths, with an attached 1 car garage.  There are also Upper or Lower level units, with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, no garage. The Condos have central air conditioning and gas heat. Situated within the Patchogue-Medford School District #24, Bay Village is near the ferries, the bay, marina, theater, shopping, trendsetting restaurants, and village amenities.
