There’s a townhouse community run by a homeowner’s association called The Preserve in Bohemia Long Island.

 

The Preserve opened in 2006. These are attached townhouse floor plans situated within the Connetquot Central School District #7.  For information on this School District you can call 631-244-2211.

This is a gated, pet friendly community in Suffolk County New York. There is no guard at the gate, but there is a call-box system to enter. The Preserve is located approximately 50 miles East of New York City.  You can reach the community of The Preserve by Sunrise Highway to Exit 47A, which is Oakdale-Bohemia Road.

 

The Preserve is surrounded by Eagle Circle within Zip Code 11171.
